Springtime in the Smoky Mountains is awesome! This time frame should put us in the mountains to photograph the Dogwoods in bloom, spring wildflowers dotting the forest and rushing waters of the thousands of miles of rivers, creeks and streams. Spring in the Smokies also brings pleasant weather, fog filled valleys and the chance of mountain tops coated in snow. As with all of our workshops, there will be ample field instruction, spirited critiques and classroom presentations on post processing and field techniques.
Highlights include ample field instruction, classroom critiques, post processing software training, Dogwoods in bloom, spring wildflowers, rushing streams, mountain vistas, valley fog and historic roads and structures of Cades Cove.
Weather: Average highs in the low to mid 70's and average lows in the mid to upper 40's.
